I can definitely relate to wanting to do all the things but not actually doing any of the things! It’s something I’ve had to work through as well, I also have to pep talk myself into doing things and I limit how much I have on my list each day which has helped to reduce all those ‘should have dones’!
I rewatched GoT a couple of months ago, another favourite!
I love the message of hope and possibilities you’ve shared, especially that you’re living more than existing. And SO happy for you that you’re sleeping better, long may that continue 😊
Yes already on S6 (nearly S7) 😬 it's all good procrastination material as well as comfort watching. Just have to decide what to watch afterwards - need something fantasy based me thinks. Throw any recs my way if you have any.
Thanks again 🫂✨ hit a bit of a bump but it shall pass.
Sending hugs your way, if there's anything I can do, just shout. I think one of the main things I've learned since diagnosis is that it's not linear - you have good weeks and bad weeks and being kind to yourself is the most important thing.
My husband recommends Vikings and Cowboy Bebop (he watches more TV than me as I rewatch the same things over and over and over haha). I'm currently having a bit of a drama vibe so I've just watched Girls again and I'm halfway through The Affair (I'm obsessed with Ruth Wilson). I'm thinking about rewatching Buffy and Angel next though to mix things up a bit :)
I did not know about that website to create music. I created a relaxing zen song to play with the piano and to listen to when during my journalling section. Thank you!
I enjoyed it! Used software to create sheet music out of it :) Yeah I am learning to! would be cool to eventually create 4/5 pieces and record them while I play the piano and share it on Spotify for anyone in need of relaxation.. which is also in line with substack ☺️
Sounds wonderful, I love piano I have many Spotify playlists with pianists on like Tony Ann, Austin Farwell, and my favourite Ludovico Einaudi. How lovely, good luck with the learning ☺️
I loved all your references! And your song!!! Both versions are great, but the first is more like what I tend to gravitate toward and what I initially imagined (though the second is also what teenage me probably would've preferred). I've been struggling with sleep recently (which I tend to do on and off) and it is *rough* so I'm glad to hear you've found ways to help yourself get better rest.
Loved all of this, Casper.

That's a great idea, I hadn't thought of using it for more chilled vibes 😌 do you play the piano?

Hey A. Thank you! Yes different vibes for different eras 😆
Sorry to hear about the sleep it really does ebb and flow and when it ebbs it sucks 🫂
I definitely ebbed again and now trying to get in a flow again, at least semi decent sleep makes such a difference! 🤞🏻 You can find it too
